The apartment is on the third floor of a small block. It is spacious - 94 Square metres - and is newly furnished. There is an open plan living and dining area with plenty of comfortable seating for 8 people. The kitchen is new and well equipped. Off the entrance hall is a shower room with basin and toilet, and where the washing machine is housed.

The living room has air conditioning. From the balcony are wonderful views of the Adriatic Sea and the mountains of the mainland, as well as the fishing village of Sutivan.

From the upstairs landing and the two double bedrooms there are panoramic views of the sea and mountains, and across the Brac channel to Split.
The two double bedrooms have large double beds and plenty of clothes hanging space. The spacious third bedroom is an area with two distinct "rooms" separated by a curtain. The first "room" has two single beds and the second "room" one single bed, but can also accomodate a cot with ease (A cot can be supplied on request).
The largest double and twin bedrooms have air conditioning. On this floor there is the second shower room with basin and toilet. There is also a small balcony facing the rear of the building where towels and washing can be dried.

The apartment is set amongst pine trees and is only two minutes walk (120metres) from the coast. You can sunbathe and swim off the rocks or take a five minutes stroll in either direction to pebbly beaches.
